It takes strength and courage to seek counseling.  I will help you learn to trust yourself, find your authentic voice, and foster your growth and healing. I offer teletherapy (video conferencing) through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform called Telehealth by SimplePractice.

If you would like to have a healing experience that is different from psychotherapy, I also offer Reiki (energy healing) treatment. I am a Reiki Master Therapist and Reiki Master Teacher; I am currently offering distant (remote) Reiki treatments, which means the client is at home during the session.
